Australian Customers:  We are completely confident in our product and offer free 14 day returns to our Australian customers. In the unlikely event that you decide that our baby carrier is not suitable, please initiate a return via the link above within 14 days of receiving your product and follow the prompts. 

Pognae Australia will cover the return shipping costs and will provide the customer with a full refund once the goods are returned to our warehouse, usually within 5-7 business days. Returned goods must be in original condition, with tags still attached and all accessories in its original condition. 

Please note: $10 Express Shipping Service cannot be refunded. 

International Customers:  We offer a 14-day return policy for our international customers. All claims for returns of Goods for refund must be notified in writing to Pognae Australia within 14 days upon which the Goods have been received by the customer, stating the date and number of the invoice and the reason for the return (ie. Faulty, damaged, wrongly delivered).

Pognae Australia will not be liable to bear the costs of freight or delivery charges for returns of Goods for international customers unless liability for such charges has previously been expressly agreed and accepted by Pognae Australia who reserves the right to nominate the means, method and type of transport to be used.

Approval of return of Goods outside this period may be granted at the discretion of Pognae Australia.
