AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand.

Your Pognae Australia baby carrier will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 24-48 hours (on business days, and excludes items on pre-order or back order), and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship to select international countries, see below. If your country is not included, please get in touch with us at support@pognae.com.au so we can help. 

  • United Kingdom: AU$35.00 (3-8 business days after dispatch)
  • United States: AU$35.00 (7-11 business days after dispatch)
  • Canada: AU$35.00 (7-13 business days after dispatch) 

Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pognae Australia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local authority before placing your order to determine whether import duties and taxes might be applied in your country.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - $10 Flat Rate Australia-wide

Have you left your purchase to the last minute? We offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $10 within Australia. Your baby carrier will be dispatched as a priority order and you will receive your order usually within 1-3 business days. 

We will do our very best to get your baby carrier out to you as soon as we can. 

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All Pognae Australia baby hipseat carriers come with a one-year warranty that the products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and are of acceptable quality.

In the rare instance in which there is a manufacturing issue or defect, we will provide the customer with a refund, repair or exchange.

Unless specified, this warranty does not cover:

  • Modified, abused, neglected, accidentally damaged or excessively worn Goods, or Goods that have become damaged or defective as a result of improper use;
  • Repairs attempted or made by the Customer, a Consumer or a third party;
  • Conditions or malfunctions caused by the reasonable effects of fair wear and tear or the malfunction of normally wearing parts.

We are not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased second hand.
