  • This sale is available to all customers in Australia and New Zealand, valid until 9th October 2018 at 11:59pm AEST, unless sold out prior.
  • The 0% off sale applies to all baby carriers. 
  • The customer must use discount code: WEARTHEM20 to receive the discount. 
  • Customers using the above mentioned discount code is eligible for free 14 day returns as per Pognae Australia's return policy, however, please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
  • If the customer wishes to request a return, please contact our support team at We will provide further directions for the return. Pognae Australia can organise the courier on behalf of the customer for the return and deduct courier costs from the total refund amount once the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse. 
  • Orders from this sale will be dispatched the week commencing 24th September.



We currently ship to customers in Australia and New Zealand. 

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia and a flat rate shipping of AU$20.00 to New Zealand.

Your Pognae Australia baby carrier will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-3 business days, and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.


EXPRESS SHIPPING - $10 Flat Rate Australia-wide

In a hurry to receive your Pognae baby carrier? We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $10 within Australia! This means that your baby carrier will be dispatched as a priority order and you will be able to receive your baby carrier by the next business day via express shipping service. 

Please note that the cut off for next day express shipping is at 11am AEST on weekdays. (ie. if the order is placed before 11am on Tuesday, you can expect to receive your baby carrier on Wednesday. If the order is placed after 11am on Tuesday - after the cut off - you can expect to receive your baby carrier by Thursday.) Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the rare delays incurred by the shipping service provider, especially during busy periods such as Christmas holidays. 

We will do our very best to get your baby carrier out to you as soon as we can. 

Again, please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. 



Australia:  We are completely confident in our product and offer free 14 day returns to Australian customers. In the unlikely event that you decide that our baby carrier is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product so that we can help you with your return. Pognae Australia will cover the return shipping costs and will provide the customer with a full refund once the goods are returned to our warehouse. Returned goods must be in original condition, with tags still attached. 

Please note: $10 Express Shipping Service cannot be refunded. 

New Zealand:  We offer a 14 day return policy to New Zealand customers. All claims for returns of Goods for credit must be notified in writing to Pognae Australia within 14 days upon which the Goods have been received by the customer, stating the date and number of the invoice and the reason for the return (ie. Faulty, damaged, wrongly delivered).

Pognae Australia will not be liable to bear the costs of freight or delivery charges for returns of Goods unless liability for such charges has previously been expressly agreed and accepted by Pognae Australia who reserves the right to nominate the means, method and type of transport to be used.

Approval of return of Goods outside this period may be granted at the discretion of Pognae Australia.



All Pognae Australia baby hipseat carriers come with a one-year warranty that the products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and are of acceptable quality.

In the rare instance which there is a manufacturing issue or defect, we will provide the customer with a refund, repair or exchange.

Unless specified, this warranty does not cover:

  • Modified, abused, neglected, accidentally damaged or excessively worn Goods, or Goods that have become damaged or defective as a result of improper use;
  • Repairs attempted or made by the Customer, a Consumer or a third party;
  • Conditions or malfunctions caused by the reasonable effects of fair wear and tear or the malfunction of normally wearing parts.

We are not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.
