If washing the hipseat belt, please remember to take out the foam seat base prior to washing.

If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, baby carriers showing signs of wear cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In the unlikely event of a fault, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
